How much are you willing to spend on one beauty product or tool? Do you splurge on highly-coveted items to keep up with the latest trends? Or do you only spend serious cash after researching and saving up? Today I have a list of 5 beauty products and tools that I think are definitely worth splurging on. These are tried and true items that I would seriously recommend you get your hands on!
Personally, I’m not one to spend a crazy amount of money on things and I’m not much of an impulse buyer. I am willing to drop some decent cash if a product or tool is proven to work well and last a long time though. I like to make sure that I’m being smart with money. That being said, everyone’s idea of splurging is different. Some people might think $40 on a product is a splurge whereas another person will look at a $400 item as a splurge. For this list, I have included things on both sides of that spectrum, but everything is over $40.
5 Beauty Items Worth the Splurge
1. Tria Hair Removal Laser 4x – $449
This is the major splurge of the list, but if I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t have included it. It’s an at-home hair removal laser that gives permanent results and it works! It can be used for facial hair (women’s only), legs, underarms, abdomen, bikini – almost anywhere on the body. I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s working like a charm. You just have to commit to doing it on a regular basis, starting with once every 2 weeks, and there is some pain involved, but nothing you can’t handle. Let me know if you’d like to see a full review of this!

2. Lorac Pro Palette – $42
From one extreme to another, here is the least expensive item of the list and my favorite eye shadow palette of all time! This Lorac palette contains 16 shades – half matte, half shimmer. The colors range from light and neutral to dark and smokey, with everything in between. There are so many looks you can create with this palette and it never gets old. The shadows are excellent quality, long-lasting, and very blendable. I can’t say enough good things about this palette. I just think everyone should own one and it’s not too crazy of a splurge either.

3. Clarisonic Mia – $129-$169
Clarisonic devices are sonic cleansing brushes for your skin. They’re awesome tools for giving your skin a deep clean, removing makeup, dirt, and oils, and can be used daily. I love using my Clarisonic Mia to thoroughly cleanse my skin before I crawl into bed. It keeps my skin clear, soft, and healthy.

4. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant – $54
I was introduced to this product through my Birchbox subscription and I fell in love immediately. It’s one of my favorite skin care products to use. It micro-exfoliates dead skin cells, evens skin tone, and brightens. My skin is softer, smoother, brighter, and healthier when I use this on a regular basis.

5. IT Cosmetics 5 Piece Brush Set – $58
I haven’t found makeup brushes that are as good as these! In this set, there are face and eyeshadow brushes and they all help give you a flawless airbrush application. They’re incredibly soft (like touching the softest bunny) and I use them daily. I won’t use brushes from any other brand!
