Coffee Bar
First and foremost, you need an actual coffee bar. You can repurpose furniture pieces for this or even use some extra counter space, but if you’re looking to get a new piece, there are plenty of options available. Coffee bars on Amazon
Keurig Coffee Maker
Keurig machines are so convenient and easy to use. Early versions only made single cups of coffee, which was pretty cool, but now there are machines that give you the option of either a whole pot or a single cup. The K-Duo Plus gives the best of both worlds. If you want to make a full pot in the morning and a single cup in the afternoon, you can! There are some great features too.

Espresso Machine
If you like your coffee a little fancier, an espresso machine can help you achieve that coffeehouse taste. There are some pretty serious ones on the market, like this Breville machine (wow!). You don’t have to spend that much on an espresso machine though. There are definitely more affordable options. You just need a few extra supplies when using an espresso machine, which we’ll go over. The results are worth it too!
Clear Double-Walled Mugs
Not only do these mugs look cool, but the double wall keeps your hand from burning as you take your first sips of coffee. They’re also great for hot tea or hot chocolate as well. They’re lightweight, easy to clean, and beautiful to display.

K-Cup Organizer
If you do have a Keurig, an organizer for your K-Cups is necessary. This carousel one is nice because you can spin it to easily view all of your coffee, hot chocolate, and tea options. It also makes it easy for your visitors to see what options you have for them.
Frother
These little handheld frothers are so cool! They are battery operated and come in a ton of fun colors. You can use them to froth your milk, but you can also use them to mix your drinks, especially after you’ve added stuff to them, like sweeteners, powders, creamer, etc. I use mine for much more than just coffee.

Wall-Mounted Mug Holder
If you don’t have a lot of cabinet space for mugs, this is a great solution. These racks are super slim and easy to hang. They don’t take up much wall space at all and they work great to showcase your favorite mugs too.
Coffee Bean Grinder
For an espresso maker, you want to use whole coffee beans that you grind yourself because making espresso requires a super fine grind. Ground coffee you buy at the store may not be ground fine enough, unless it states it is suitable for espresso (most are not). To grind the beans you’ll need a coffee bean grinder, but not just any grinder will do. Experts say you want to use a flat burr grinder to get a super fine uniform grind size.
Tamper
You’ll also use a tamper with your fine coffee grounds when making espresso. The tamper packs the grounds evenly and prevents water from flowing through them as quickly. This ensures a better quality shot of espresso. Tampers on Amazon
Knock box
One more espresso machine accessory would be a knock box. These are convenient to dump your grounds after you’ve finished pulling your shot. You knock the portafilter (which holds the grounds) on the knock box and the grounds release into the box.

Mix-ins
Many coffee drinkers like a little extra flavor in their coffee. It’s up to you what you want to keep on your coffee bar, but some options would be: sweetener packets, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc.
Cute signs
While not completely necessary, it’s nice to add a little decor to your coffee bar. Some cute coffee-related signs will give some character to it. They’re offered at a lot of different stores and sometimes come in packs. They may have sayings on them, like “But first, coffee” or feature coffee-related graphics. They just add a nice finishing touch to your area. Coffee bar signs on Amazon
Coffee Mat
Coffee tends to splash and stain surfaces, making your coffee bar messy. A coffee mat keeps the surface clean and protected. They absorb wetness and can also be used to put under other appliances or for drying dishes.
Glass tumblers
If you like iced coffee, glass tumblers are great to have on hand. Even better, you can get them with lids so that airborne debris, bugs, and pet hair stay out of your drink. They can be used for other drinks as well and work great to keep your drink fresh while you’re at home.

Spoon rest
A simple, but convenient accessory for a coffee bar. You can rest your messy tools on the spoon rest while you finish dressing up your drink. It just helps keep your surface clean.
