A box full of false eyelashes landed on my desk the other day and I got quite excited. I love wearing falsies, but I don’t too often because I never seem to find the right ones. They’re either too fake looking or they don’t stretch across my eye enough. From experience, the wrong lashes can completely ruin your look and in some instances make it appear overdone. Finding these new lashes in my possession made me eager to try them out!
As soon as I looked through all of these lashes, I knew I’d prefer them to some of the super-artificial-looking ones I had tried before. These ones have a natural vibe while still having some style to them!
PÜR Pro False Eyelashes
“PÜR’s 3D lashes are handcrafted with the finest luxury silk to provide ultra-lightweight, natural-looking fuller lashes. These cruelty-free lashes are durable, reusable and safe for contact wearers.”
Here are closeups of the 6 pairs of PÜR Pro eyelashes I received and a little description of each.
Bombshell
This set is full and long for a look that is all about the lashes! Even though the’re dramatic, tapering gives a more natural appearance with a lot of volume.
Diva
The Diva pair is much more wispy. These are going to blend into your natural lashes more, but still add that fullness and length too.
Flirt
These ones are wispy with groups of varied lash lengths and tapered to be shorter towards the inner eye, then much longer on the outer lashes. In my opinion, the more wispy the lashes are, the more natural they’ll look.
Trendsetter
This set is full and dramatic like the Bombshell lashes, but have a different shape to them. The lash lengths are distributed so the outer and inner lashes are the shortest, while the middle lashes are the longest. These will also ensure the focus is all on the lashes!
Socialite
Now for a more minimal pair. This set is the most natural of the bunch. It doesn’t give off as much volume and there’s a good amount of tapering. These aren’t as thick as the others, but they’re great when you want to discreetly add a little something more to your lashes.
Jet Setter
The Jet Setter lashes also have a more minimal vibe with some spacing between groups of lashes. These are also on the more natural side, but will easily add more definition to your lashes as well as volume and length.
Here they are all together for comparison sake.
For me, I’d wear Socialite to a work function or to an event where I want to keep my look toned down. I think Flirt and Jet Setter would be great to wear for a date. I would keep Trendsetter, Bombshell, and Diva for times I want to go all out with my look and really play up my eyes.
