In preparation for Fall, I decided to play with some color when it comes to hair, makeup, and nails. I used products from Sally Beauty to create a Red Violet look that’s different than my normal color scheme of neutrals. Keep reading to find out what I’m using and to see the before and after at the end!

My Red Violet Look
For this look, I shopped for items in the Sally Beauty Fall Color Sale and specifically products in the Red Violet section to achieve the colorful look I was going for.
Eyes
First, I chose a purple eyeliner to vamp up my eyes. I used the Real Colors Hydra Eyes Long Wear Gel Eyeliner Pencil in Ultra Violet. I didn’t wear any other eye makeup with it besides a light eyeshadow on my lids and mascara on my lashes.
The color really pops against my brown eyes, doesn’t it?! I was surprised it showed up so well on my tan skin. I love that the eyeliner stands so well on its own. It applied easily too.
Lips
Then I went for red lips with the Bitzy Matte Lipstick Crayon in Love Spell. This inexpensive little crayon created a powerful red lip that I was seriously impressed by!
What a cute little stick that can be taken anywhere. It glided onto my lips, leaving behind solid opaque color and I love the matte finish.
Nails
For nails, I decided on China Glaze Seduce Me. It’s the perfect Fall color with it’s deep red hue.
China Glaze is easily one of my favorite nail polish brands. This one looked great after one coat, but I applied 2 for good measure. It just feels right to always have 2 coats of polish on my nails. I locked in the color by applying Finger Paints Top Coat over top. It gave a perfect glossy shine to my mani.
Hair
Finally, for hair, I did 2 things. I was interested in trying the Ion Silk Drops to add shine. This stuff made my hair super shiny and silky soft to the touch. I couldn’t stop touching my hair once I put it in. A little bit goes a long way and it doesn’t look greasy or anything. I seriously love this stuff. Such a good find!

The other thing I did to my hair was add some color (but only temporarily!). I used the BTZ Color Bombz in Ruthless Red to spray my strands with a vibrant hue.
It only took a few minutes to transform my hair into a fiery shade of red. It lasted for the day and came out the next morning in the shower. I loved being able to change my hair color for the day!
