It’s just about time for Spring cleaning and it’s one of my favorite things to do during this time of year. It makes me feel so refreshed. With Spring cleaning in mind, I’m also thinking in terms of cleansing my skin and good products to get the job done. Recently, I’ve been using the Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser and the Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub.
These baking soda cleansers deep clean and gently exfoliate, leaving pores to feel clean and smooth. Both products are ideal for combination skin and will help achieve softer, clearer skin. (If you have oily skin, give the Bioré Charcoal products a try!)
The Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser is a new product that includes a dual-action baking soda formula. It dissolves dirt and oil that sits deep down in the pores while providing light exfoliation.
The Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub is actually a powder scrub that deep cleans pores while exfoliating dry, flaky skin. No need for over-scrubbing either! You can easily customize the amount of exfoliation too, depending on the needs of your skin. It’s a fun product to use because it fizzes!
The cleanser is pretty self-explanatory, but you might be wondering how a powder scrub even works, so I’ll show you…..
How to use the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub
First, make sure you wet your face and then dispense a quarter-sized amount of the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub into your palm.
The scrub is activated by water, so add a little water to it. It really doesn’t take a lot; a couple of small drops will do it, but you can also add more water to soften the cleansing action.
Massage it over your face and feel it fizz! It definitely feels different than other facial scrubs. It’s something you have to experience for yourself to understand.
Then you can just rinse it off and you’re done! That’s all there is to it.
I found both products at Walmart in the skin care aisle.
I like how the products focus on deep cleaning the pores. The Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub is definitely the unique one of the two. It’s a fun product to use! Learn more about it here and let me know if you’ve had a chance to try it yet.
