I meant to do a post on this pretty polish a long time ago, when I actually bought it. It’s simply gorgeous! Keep reading for product info and swatches.
I found this polish while I was browsing RiteAid. It caught my eye and I had to buy it. It’s a beautiful shade of purple with a textured, sparkly finish.
Application
In the pictures I’m wearing 2 coats, but this polish is opaque after just one. It dries very quickly too. It sparkles and shimmers in the light.
Wear
It doesn’t chip or wear off easily. Even when I run my fingernail against it, the polish doesn’t budge. It has a texture like sandpaper, but it doesn’t bother me. The polishes that bug me are the ones that feel chunky and can be picked off easily. This one isn’t like that at all. I don’t think I could pick this polish off if I tried!
Removal
I used normal nail polish remover and a cotton ball to remove it and surprisingly, it wasn’t hard to remove at all! I got it all off of the nail within seconds and there were no leftover chunks – just clean, smooth nail. Of course it took a little more rubbing than a normal nail polish, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as some glitter polishes.
Here’s my current NOTD using this polish and another L’Oreal polish, Violet Vixen.
Simple but pretty, right? I love it.
