It’s that time again – time to share my Ipsy Bag! This month’s theme was “The Look of Love”. I was ecstatic about my bag this month. You’ll see why in a second….
What came in my bag
Pop Beauty | Plump Pout Mini
A lightweight gloss with bold color and a long-lasting finish. It’s silky and smooth, not thick or sticky. The shade I got in my bag is Peony Petal. It’s a vibrant midtone pink. The color is pretty solid; it doesn’t apply streaky at all. I like that the packing is slim and mini! I’m interested in trying the other colors from Pop Beauty.

Dr. Lin Skincare | Acne Spot Corrector
This corrector treats blemishes and fights acne-causing bacteria. It even helps with marks that were caused by acne damage. It also reduces redness and works with all skin types. To use, you apply it 1-3 times daily to the affected area after cleansing. This is a travel size. It will last long enough for me to decide if I like it or not.

Zoya | Odette
I was beyond excited to see that I got a Zoya polish in my bag! The color is Odette, which is a muted purple shade in the mauve range. It’s from the Naturel collection which contains a group of rose tone nude shades. This is a full sized polish and is normally $9; that’s almost the price I paid for the whole bag!

Tini Beauty | Eyetini Cordial Cream Shadow + Base in One
This is a pretty cool product. It applies as a creamy shadow and sets like a powder. It’s even transfer-resistant. It can be used as a base for other similar shades or on its own. The one I got is a super gorgeous color called Ambrosia. There were 2 others that were included in Ipsy bags this month, but I’m happy I got this shade. Even better, it’s full size and worth $18. Between the Zoya polish and this product, my bag is already worth $27.

City Color | Be Matte Blush
This blush has incredible color payoff and can be built up for more intensity. My shade is Fresh Melon. I saw that others were saying that this color was too orange-y for them. On me, it looks good because I have a tan complexion. I feel like it makes my skin look radiant. I can see where it might be too orange for some. I love that this is another full size product; it’s huge!

This is definitely my best bag thus far and I’ve had some pretty good ones already. It still kind of blows my mind about the things I get in my bags for the price I’m paying. If you could only join one monthly subscription beauty service, I would recommend this one above others.
My only issue with the service is their incentive program. If you provide feedback and refer people, you get points. That’s great, but you can only use those points on a few products that they don’t rotate out often enough. I guess I just have to let my points sit and accumulate if I don’t want those products. I think they really need to offer more. That’s the only negative that I can find. It won’t stop me from being subscribed. I hope I get more bags like this one!
